Why The Longevity Lab Exists
The Longevity Lab has been my personal training brand for the last few years, built around a private studio in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver. We specialize in the training — and the tools — needed to reach optimal longevity.
We understand real human movement, and how much complexity dysfunction plays in our everyday lives and current movement capacity. Think of us as the people you see when you want to be athletic but don't yet have the foundation. We help you build that foundation from the feet up to the cervical spine.
The Philosophy
To build a solid foundation, you need proper direction. The more sedentary our jobs and lifestyles make us, the more dysfunctions we let set in stone. Our job is to reverse that — methodically, precisely, and in a way that lasts.
